What the app does
Durable Days Ads Reports is a private reporting tool operated by Durable Days. With the account owner's explicit consent, it reads project-related messages from the connected Gmail account so the owner can monitor Amazon Ads, publishing and storefront activity.
Google user data
The app requests only the Gmail read-only scope. It can access message identifiers, thread identifiers, dates, senders, subjects and snippets for messages matching a narrow project query. It cannot send, edit, label or delete email.
The private operational snapshot stores only the sender, subject, message date and a one-way SHA-256 hash of the message identifier. Message bodies, snippets, thread identifiers, attachments and OAuth secrets are not stored in that snapshot.
Use, storage and sharing
Google user data is used only to create private operational reports for the account owner. Sanitized snapshots and their encrypted backups stay on private infrastructure controlled by the owner. Durable Days does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or share it with third parties.
Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Control and contact
The account owner can revoke access at any time from Google Account permissions. To request deletion of stored sanitized snapshots or ask a privacy question, contact breneshold@gmail.com.
